    Frequently Asked Questions

Check the broker's site footer for the legal entity, license details, and address. Cross‐check the entity on the regulator's public register. Confirm which regions the license covers and your client category. Read the Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and Order Execution Policy to see how the firm operates and how client funds are held. If anything is unclear, contact support and ask for links to primary sources. Keep screenshots and reference IDs for your records.

tastyfx may charge costs through spreads, commissions, and swap or financing on positions held overnight. You can also face conversion costs when your account and trade currencies differ. Non‐trading fees can include platform, deposit, withdrawal, and inactivity charges, which vary by method and region. Pricing depends on market conditions and your account setup. Review the fee schedule and live quotes before you place an order. Check trade confirmations and account statements to reconcile all costs.

tastyfx provides platform access on web, desktop, and mobile. You can place market, limit, stop, stop‐loss, take‐profit, and trailing orders, then manage them with alerts. Charting includes indicators, drawing tools, and watchlists. Some setups also support APIs or integrations for automation and data, plus a demo environment to practice. For security, enable multi‐factor login and review session settings. Test order entry, changes, and cancellations in a demo so you know how the workflow behaves.

tastyfx supports common funding routes such as bank transfer, card, and digital wallets, subject to your region. You must complete identity checks before funding. The account name should match the payment source, and third‐party payments are usually declined. Processing times and any fees depend on the method and your provider. You may incur currency conversion costs if your funding currency differs from your account. Withdrawals typically return to the original source. Track status in the client portal and keep confirmations.

Order handling can differ by instrument and account. Review tastyfx's Order Execution Policy to learn how orders are routed, how price and costs are prioritized, and how slippage, partial fills, and rejections are treated. Spreads and liquidity can change during volatile or thin markets, including off‐hours and around events. Stops and limits can fill at the next available price if the market gaps. Monitor trade logs and statements in the platform to verify fill details.
